This Sample Room loot was not for me. I choose these two brands with the husband and my toddler daughter in mind.

I grabbed the samples for the husband (who's having problems keeping his weight regular) and he's been very happy with it. Maybe we both noticed some changes in him like less cravings and that lighter feeling but it's probably too early to tell of any significant effects. But the taste and flavor is good enough for us to decide that he will be taking it in lieu of the regular iced tea or soda.

Since she started eating solids, my now 3 year old daughter has always been constipated to the point of being afraid (and even crying) to do her business because its painful. I let her try Digestics telling her it's candy. So far I have given it to her only three times and only half of the sachet each time and it has been very effective that she's not afraid to poo anymore. Although I myself is not comfortable with the taste she likes it very much that she keeps asking for more. I always let her drink water after eating it.
